I'll speak to Gmod Troller when he comes online, for now all I can say is that you need to improve your attitude. I've seen you a few times ingame and each time you seem very hostile and you simply seem to disregard what people say. Read the rules. For obvious reasons you shouldn't impersonate staff members.
