Is you/they start shooting at someone or killing is RDM

An innocent player is running along the street You have a job that allows muggin. You shout "Drop 4 K Or Die" The player fails to meet your demands. You kill them.

NLR means that you must not return to the place you died. For 3 Min. and If you`r the Raider you cant go back then you haft to wait 10 min.

You try to raid some one it they`r home and then they kill you and you come back after 3 min you brake NRL

i would ask player y why he killed player x. i would ask x if there`s proof that he did it and i would check the log to see if player y killed player x if he killed him like 1 or 2 mins later.

First i would ask why they killed each other and why did they brake NRL and maybe i would give a warning to both.
