You should warn players along with muting/gagging them. And you shouldn't tell them multiple times, tell them once and maybe type it in case they can't hear you. If they continue to disrespect then proceed to punishment.

From what I've seen in game i completely disagree with this, you have been warned a lot for disrespecting, I've warned you myself for having a bad attitude and disrespecting other players and myself. For me this shows that you're not a rational person or patient.

Yes you have good activity but I don't ever see you helping anyone in game or even talking to people, for this reason I cannot support your application. If you make some changes during the rest of the week you may be able to change my mind, but I'd suggest applying next week with an improved attitude.
