How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: i would warn him with my microphone a couple of times and if that doesn't work i would mute them or gag them.

Why I should be chosen:[well i like to play g mod in a fair and peacefull way without arguing between players and if it's not like that, my concentration goes down and i can't play properly because someone is ruining the game. so i Should be chosen to prevent people who break the rules.
