What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when someone who is dead on the same team as another gives information to help the person who is a live survive and more of an advantage of winning. E.g: If you're dead or have just died going through a portal, the person dead would tell anyone who is alive whether or not a button is pressed or which portal is safe to go through

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would first ask them to stop and give them a verbal warning, if they decide to carry on it'd be a mute and gag while I am telling him that he wouldn't like to be treated that way so he shouldn't treat others like that so he could calm down or stop because people don't know if you're joking over the internet, after doing so I would ungag them or unmute if they still carry on it'll be a warn followed by a gag or mute if they carry on after being ungagged or unmuted after their time is up or if the map is changed I would call a admin to kick or ban the person.

[/b] I should be chosen because I enjoy playing the game and making new friends on the server but there are also people who break the rules but I am on in the morning midday and mostly late and I find that a server may not have a mod on it and someone is breaking the rules because not much staff are on at around about night time and even though they're rule breaking I cannot do anything to stop them because they always take it as a joke so I would like to help out by stopping people who break rules when staff are not there to make sure everyone can have a fair playing feild, along with doing my job I am a nice calm guy who like to play games and make new friends I obey the rules and don't argue with others and I have worked on multiple different server that I have now quit:
