See here's the thing:
If you look at the application it looks really simple and empty, but this is actually a really smart application. Obviously he can't write too much if he applies for Forum staff, so what he did is he made a video, that pretty much explains everything in 3 minutes, which is a massive amount of time. Sure, he was reading it out, but his motivation really came to show in this video and made the application seem so much "brighter". Here's another thing that is really good about this method: You don't just write things down, you get the chance to actually read it out loud, so if something sounds bad, you would realize it.

Now about your personality:
Obviously some idiotic people will STILL hold the thing against you that you've done a few months ago, and they will not even mention the good facts about you, but that's why i am here!
You are extremely chill for a lead team member. You don't take stuff too serious which is a huge plus in my book. I would go up to certain Staff-Members and feel like i am talking to an automated robot, which should not be the case. You can take a joke. You are extremely helpful in most situations and I really never see you in a grumpy mood, like ever.
