I think jetzy would be a great candidate for TS3 staff, he comes on activity never offends anyone or tries to, he is probably one of the nicest guys in this community and always wants to help, I don't see why he shouldn't be given a shot at TS3 staff. Your application shows that you know how to staff and would do good at it.
