Something I don't see as much as i'd like to is someone that's taken a hit, continued moving forward, and succeeded. Fennster4 not too long ago was demoted from his powers on SSRP, but was given them back. He lost staff in one section but continued to work hard. To this day Fennster has been nothing but respectful, humble, and helpful on and off the forums. Even if he was hacked, it happens to us all at sometime, fennster discussed it with Chute and now has secured his account. If he's denied for that or looked down upon, anyone can get hacked, it shouldn't affect his chances. There's not a doubt in my mind he doesn't have a great shot at Global Moderator.
