How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would move into a private channel with both the people ask them both what happened and privately speak with the one thats bullying. I will give him a verbal warning and tell him not to do it again. If i hear another complaint with proof against him i will move into a private channel with him and speak to him once more. I will tell him that he will be punished for it and give him a ban on varying length.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Editing spacers/chanels
You can edit the chanels for example subscribe power in spacers is higher so that people cannot see into them.

Moving
You can move people in and out of channels. This can be used for privately talking to someone that's been breaking a rule or if someone is mic spamming you can move them out of the channel and talk to them.

Ban
Forces a person to leave the server for a x amount of time and they cannot join back until their ban is over.

Kick
Forces a player to leave the server but being able to join back after. This can be used as a warning.

View client info
You can view peoples client info's and check their information. This can be used to see if someone is impersonating by joining the teamspeak and saying that they are someone. You can check their last connected name.

Deleting someones avatar
if someone has a avatar that is either offensive or inappropriate you can remove it.

Change description
With this you can edit people descriptions if they are inappropriate or in any other way not allowed.

I am very active on teamspeak, i am on teamspeak every day for many hours. I have helped a few people with problems on teamspeak. I know all the commands on teamspeak and i have banned, kicked and talked to very many people before. I have been a staff member on zarp a long time and i feel that i can be trusted with the commands on teamspeak. Sometimes iv been in situations where no ts staff has been on and people have been breaking rules so itll be nice with staff on teamspeak from different time zones. Mainly in the morning this happens. I would be able to help a bit more in staff meetings moving the people that are supposed to be in the meeting in the chanel. I have also been teamspeak staff before over 1 year ago and i was teamspeak staff for almost 6-7 months. I have a lot of experience in teamspeak commands since i have owned many before too.
