I see Gmod on teamspeak very frequently, he has previous experience as a teamspeak staff and his previous and current server positions show he's trusted with powers. I don't see a reason to deny him other than sometimes he can let things slip and can come out as disrespectful. Besides those few situations he is a friendly and helpful teamspeak user with previous experience and i'm sure he'd be a great addition to the team.
