From what everyone else is saying, it seems like you do a really good job as a moderator. I do think that you should change your application a bit. Remove the bold from your text to make it easier to read and it will also look better.

So for example bold "Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin." instead of having everything in bold.
