I really am annoyed for Ryan how he gets denied for this shit. Its honestly the most pathetic reasons I have ever seen. Ryan never has an immature attitude towards anyone. I think people are just picking things up that aren't true and are just said in the meeting and using it against him. He is never immature and would make a great staff member.
