Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
-I would introduce them into Bhop and teach them the main rules, modes and make myself friendly and open to them. This would welcome them to the server and make them feel welcome and at home.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
-I will tell them to stop, if they don't I will warn them (verbal warning) and if they continue, I will gag/mute them. If this fail to work and they continue to join on several accounts I will keep muting them and will contact an admin for further consequences.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
-I will give them a verbal warning to turn it off. If they continue using the exploit I will contact an admin immidiately unless I had the power to kick/ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
-I would love to be a moderator in this server because I spend alot of time here and have had much experience as staff on GMOD and even when I was younger, on Minecraft (little embarrasing ). I also feel like I would be a strong member of the Zarp Staff Team and would love the oppurtinity, Also, alot of the staff know me on the server, and will be able to relate to alot of this.

Extra Information: I have just created a game tracker profile, so it may be fairly empty, don't worry however, i'm sure it will soon fill up.
