I think that the way you can defend your base atm is stupid.

You can stand outside the base and they can't kill you but you can kill them as soon as they start using explosives. If you're raiding a specific gang AND if they are gangsters, thiefs, drug dealers and you are in the same district you should be allowed to get killed as your gang base is being raided.

It would cause less confusion and be more fair IMO.
