+Activity ingame is very good.

+Understands all rules on the server, and handles the situations that other people don't very well.

+Respects everybody, and with more talking with him on teamspeak comes more respect.

-Not so much overall time as moderator.

Overall: Your position as moderator currently is great, but you seem to be applying too soon. I'm not saying there's much wrong about that, but it's sometimes pure luck that a moderator handles his/her work very well in the first week(s). Still going to go with a support, as he does well as his position.
