Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have been a Moderator for 2 weeks but i have seen many people become admin in a this short amount of time. I know that i am nothing different from other people and that i am also able to become an administrator in a this short amount of time. I have learned many things while being a moderator. I currently am able to do f1's much faster since i know how to do everything. But i want to do more, and becoming an administrator will give me that upportunity.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
1. not being able to noclip and pick up players. Since I was not able to do this I cant easily put someone on a roof. I first have to find them in the tab menu and then teleport them.
2. when i want to tp someone to myself i first have to goto them and then go back and teleport them to myself. Its a really anoying procces and as an administrator i would be able to just spectate and check if they are busy.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations on becoming a moderator. I Will be your trainer. I am going to teach you how to do f1's check keypads, commands and more.

You can open the f1 menu by pressing the f1 button which is located at the top left on your keyboard. In this menu there are 3 tabs. The reports tab, warnings tab and the logging tab. In the reports tab you can see all f1's that are either being currently handled or that you can handle. You can see if its being handled at the right side of the table. If it says <Nobody> you are able to handle the f1. Right click the report and select "Handle this". Now you are able to goto the player and bring them. If you are bringing them you always have to check if they are busy because they might be in the middle of a raid. It is always better to go to the player. When you are done with the report press f1. Right click their f1 and select "Finish". If you have teleported someone to you make sure to bring then back with the back command. I will talk about that later on.
In the warning tab you can see the recent warns made by staff members. It shows the reason, who got warned, the staff member that has warned, and when.
The loggings tab is the most useful tab out of all. You can check who killed who, who changed their name and much more. Make sure to always use the logs when doing f1's about rdm, nlr, rda.

In this menu you can see any players bans, warns, jails, anticheats. On the left top you select a player and then you can see when the punishments were given, who gave the punishment and why. Basicly its just like the warnings tab in the f1 menu but has more kinds of punishments and even shows punishments from even years ago.

Commands.
As a moderator you have lots of commands. Most of them are teleportation commands and right now I am going to show you what they do.
/goto steamid - teleports you to a player,
/tp steamid - teleports a player to the place you are looking at.
/bring steamid - brings a person to you. I recommend to use tp instead of bring.
/back steamid - brings a player back to their previous location.

As a moderator you are also able to warn and kick. To warn use
/warn steamid reason
To unwarn them use
/unwarn steamid
Unwarn removes recent warnings.
To kick them use
/kick steamid
Do not kick anyone from anything apart from mass rulebreaking or if the player refuses to remove propblock. 3 warns = auto-kick 4 warns = automatic ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Since this person has never been banned before and put lot of effort into the appeal. I would talk to the person that banned him, and if that person agrees to decrease his ban, i would decrease his ban to a week. Everyone deserves a second chance. If the behaviour continues he will be permabanned and will not be unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I have not been a moderator for a long time but does that mean that I am not ready? No. All that matters is not how long I work but how hard I work. There are several reasons why I want to become a Zarp SSRP Administrator. First of all I will be able to do f1's much more eficient and faster since I would have much more privelages. Second of all I would be able to catch rulebreakers much easier since I can spectate, cloak etc... I will also be able to host fun events to cheer some people up. I also love helping people and it would be awesome to guide new moderators. I am also a really hard worker, I try to do as many f1's as possible (Sometimes i take breaks to RP). Even if I start stottering and stressing after many f1's I wont stop. I have already met so many new mods and admins. They are really great people. And after working really hard I think I deserve a promotion and become a even harder working staff member.
