Based on what I've seen of you I don't think you deserve this rank at all. You were and I'm guessing you still are power hungry. Even worse is that you don't seem to show any care for the server nor community. You have time and time again shown me that you cannot follow simple rules or act in a mature and responsible fashion by throwing fits, screaming and crying at people. You keep applying and I never see improvement. Take some time to improve for real. Before you say or do anything make sure it follows the server rules and isn't immature. Other than that your application is in need of improvement. Explanations are bad and so is the general layout. As a side note, what is with you changing your gametime all the time? Making matters worse is that you're not very active either.
