In all seriousness though, the work put out by Jim Jam is unreal. Whenever we're both active, I don't even have to do anything, he immediatly deals with all of the reports and doesn't leave any for me. Aside from that, I've seen him staying in the server alone trying to populate it so many times now, I'm surprised that he ever logs off. A hardworking mod, dedicated to the community, should definetly deserve to have more power and responsibilities.
