Over the past 6 months, Hoyt has racked up over 100 warnings, 10 bans, and multiple chat mutes and other kind of punishments, this week he has 10 recent warnings, some of the reasons being racism, disrespect, RDM, and lots of other basic rules.

He has shown clear disregard towards the rules and has a very horrible attitude everytime a staff member speaks with him, I myself had few issues with Hoyt involving offensiveness towards other people on the server.

Do I think this ban is validated? Yes.
Do I think that he should be unbanned? Certainly not, I feel like he should wait it out, if he really cared that much then he wouldn't have broken all those rules.

If I'd known that it was that bad, I wouldn't have posted that.

That was based off of hoyt's story alone.

I've started talking with Gems, I'll see what he says and report back with a verdict.
