Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: An appropriate time to use the ban command on TTT would be where a player was massively disrupting other players experience. Whether it be through text, voice, or in game actions, if a player has been slain before and is breaking rules constantly, it would be appropriate to use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Firstly, i'd take a look at the staff member that banned him and immediately contact him over through steam or over teamspeak. Once I get in contact, i'd link him the appeal and let him know his side of the story and letting him know i'd like to discuss the ban with him. In this scenario i'd be told that the player had been warned previously before getting banned, and that the player knew it was wrong to begin with. Me and the staff member agree that the appeal should be denied due to the player knowing that it was against the rules, not to mention he had done it before. Once the situation was dealt with, i'd respond with this:

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I should be promoted to administrator on TTT because I have the knowledge of the rules, more than enough experience staffing not just on TTT, but on ZARP, and the powers of an administrator would allow me better to staff the server with new powers. Given access to just the ban command will allow me to punish players that are breaking the rules constantly, not to mention it would save time and I wouldn't have to report said user to a higher up. I'm very active and always attend meetings, I'd be able to attend the Administrator meeting allowing me to let my voice be heard to deserving staff of admin themselves, and expressing my suggestions and concerns to fellow staff alike. I'm friendly, mature, dedicated, and willing to help out the server more, and a great step in that direction would to become an administrator. I've had several encounters where I simply couldn't give out deserving bans to players that were generally rude or breaking the rules, and being an administrator will allow me to help the players and staff out in that aspect. I'm very trusted with powers as I'm a Semi-Serious RP Head Admin, Bunny Hop Co Owner, Teamspeak Staff, Forum Global Moderator, Friendly Players Surf Super Admin, Friendly Players Teamspeak Staff, and of course a Moderator here on TTT.

Extra Information: (Not Required) : I talked to Chuteuk and was told that I do not have to attend my first meeting to apply as i've attended them in the past, hopefully that clears it up if you were wondering.
