I know this isn´t the official way to make an unban appeal, but I should already have been unbanned.

It´s very complicated. First I got a perm ban but they changed that to a 3M ban. I should have been unbanned by now but when I try to join the server it says: You have been banned from this server. I talked with Stratic but even he couldn't unban me so right now I don't know what to do.
