I couldn't get a hold of the admin that banned you, but just reading over this appeal it's pretty obvious you're not sorry for what you did. You were rightfully banned since you seemed to think it was mindless fun to go Mass RDM after being warned for NLR, you agreed to the rules when you joined and have obviously not read them and not following them.
