Changing the SpecDM stats key

How would it benefit the server:
Not have people taunting when they want to see their stats and the reverse

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People might not know the key from other servers, they'll question where the stats are.

Okay, so basically, the taunt key and SpecDM stats are both on F7. This makes you taunt when you want to check the stats and makes you check the stats when you taunt. I suggest you move it to F11, since it's the only F-key not in use.
