Hello hoyt, I've spoken with you and rayman and according to rayman you were making inappropriate jokes about Americans and Swedish people, then you called a cop a homophobic slur, started randomly shooting your friend, and when confronted about this by rayman you said you've been warned 100 times for this and you don't care. It sounds like you have a complete disregard for the rules, just because you may be speaking with your friend and joking around with him, it doesn't matter and anything said that is disgusting, rude, or targets other people will definitely not be tolerated by me or any other staff member, and will not be done again on the server. Your recent warnings mainly include you being disrespectful, it really sounds like you have changed your ways at all and are lucky your ban was so short, because if I was there handling this it would have been a lot longer.
