What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) What ghosting is: It's simply once you died / just connected and u are spectator you say something which could affect the game or something important. For example:

(DEAD)Hank: 257.
It's simply affecting the game in a way that a team [DEATH] or either [RUNNER] Can win.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would deal with him like this:
Hey player, could you stop being disrespective/offensive towards [PLAYER].
If he then goes on he will be muted for 1 round and warned for Disrespect.
If he does it again i will simply Kick him.
And after that i will let an Admin deal with him.
Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words))) Why you should choose me as an Deathrun Moderator, as im playing throughout the days i can deal with loads of stuff, sometimes i see no admins/moderators and people are just rulebreaking, or just ruining the game. I know the rules and i am a nice guy. I know the commands and i know some people of the staff team, i have knowledge of Deathrun as that is the first gamemode i ever played. My gametime might not be very good now. But i am working on it, I'm online in the Morning and in the Night, i always have an eye out on the chat and voice chat.I always punish the player the same way as the rest, even if they are friends or not. I can help the server by getting rid of rulebreakers, because that is what a server makes not look nice im willing to spend most of my time to play on deathrun to moderate, that doesnt seem as an hard problem to me, i will also come to meeting's actively.
