Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I'd TP to player x and see if his busy,By then if his not busy i'd TP player x to a roof and Player y.
I'll ask why player y RDM'd player x,And i'll ask player x if he has any proofs.If there is no Valid proof i'll TP them back and Have there normal RP life.On the otherside if player x has a Valid Proof,I would warn player y.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I'll TP to player x to see if he's busy (Depends on what situation of NLR is,Eg:mugging,raiding) and I'll TP player x to a roof and explain waht happened.After he explained what happened i'll TP player y to us.
I'll check the logs and see if he broke NLR or Not,If i saw it he broke it (In the logs)And I'll Ask player x if he has a Valid proof.If he has I would Warn player y.And if not i would Let them Go and Have a normal RP life.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell him that's MetaGaming And if he does it alot of times I would TP him near me/on a roof ANd tell him not do it anymore or You will get Punished.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be Chosen Because I've been playing Zarp for a little long And some people really need help like I'm just standing there (When the Person is Rulebreaking) And Do nothing.I could do is make an F1 But I'm just getting tired of it.And Also me sometimes I'm a Jerk And it would stop me Till I get The rank i wanted.Being a Helper is nice WIth the rank,I also noticed that some staffs are inactive Making this Server Vulnerable to Alot of rulebreakers,There's one time I remember That there is NO staff in the server Making it a lot of Rule-breakers and me just nothing.I really justwanted to help People in SSRP Servers If they have any problems.Sometimes im also inactive Because Of school and Holiday season Vacation,And often....I'm Active.And I Think i'm Ready (I hope so) for any Problem thats on the way.

NLR/New life rule states When you got killed in a District You could never Go back In the dsitrict you died And forgetting about your past life,There is a 3 Min Timer of NLR.
Example: Player y Was getting Mugged by Player x.Player y Didn't give player x the money so, player x killed player y,Then Player y revenged kill him and broke NLR.
