You cant just use the logs as proof for NLR you would need to ask for any proof screenshots/video footage of the player breaking NLR
You don't warn someone straight away for metagaming maybe they don't know the rules or didn't read them properly so you ask them on out of charterer chat to stop metagaming if they ask what it means tell them to read the !motd
