Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

The definition of RDM is when a player randomly kills another player for no specific reason at all. There are multiple ways of explaining RDM such as mutants running around spawn and killing everyone etc. This is one of the most important rules as it holds up the name of Darkrp.
Example:
Hermione just joined the server and takes the decision of killing Aspect for absolutely no reason at all.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR refers to having experience from a previous life. With this you could for an example revenge kill someone because they killed you earlier. There is a 3 minute timer you need to follow and from that you're not allowed to go back to the same "district" meaning Zarp uses a tunnel system and therefore just because you died inside your base inside the banker district doesn't mean you can go into that same district as long as you don't go back into your base before your 3 minute NLR timer has finished as quite a lot of new people who don't read the rules seem to think.
An example would be when Aspect got raided and decided to run back to his base straight away without waiting out his three minutes. Because of this he broke NLR and should be punished.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is using OOC to your own advantage by using it for IC information
For an example if Aspect's bank is being raided you're not allowed to use the OOC tool for your advantage saying "/ooc Police help please, my bank is being raided".
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring both people to a roof and ask both exactly what happened then take a decision based on what i think is fair for both players. I would of course always ask for proof but as far as i know that is something people rarely bring into admin sits and therefore it's nothing you should rely on whilst making F1's.
After i have my decision made i would for an example; Warn the rule breaker and teleport both players back to their location.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

If it's obvious that he broke NLR i would consider punishing player Y unless he came up with a good reason for dying as of that X RDMed him at spawn. If that would be the case i would have to ask the adversary for video proof or similar otherwise i would have to deny the request.
If the accused player has broken NLR i would warn the player and return both players afterwards. If he continues to break this rule i would possibly call for a higher staff member to possibly ban the player as he clearly doesn't care about the rule. If there are no admins on i would make a ban request on forums if i'd consider it ban worthy.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would either message him what he is doing wrong and if he doesn't follow it i would teleport to him and explain if he does it again he would receive a warning. If he continues to do it i would warn him and possibly mute him for a while until he accepts the rule. [color]
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have a very high amount of gametime on the server and i am fully aware of the rules on the server. I have been a minge a long time ago but back then i decided to start following the rules. There are people who tend to break rules for their own good. I've never been bothered about it however after recent problems Zarp really has some serious problems from time to time and i would really like to help.
A lot of the moderators i'm facing are either lazy or not handling F1's correctly and i have a ton of experience at Zarp to help fix that problem as much as possible. I'm very active and a Nice guy if you get to know me. The last rule break i can think of was a good three weeks ago when i had health chargers in my building base and i do understand that rule but i didn't really think at that time and i hope you can understand that. Otherwise i haven't gotten a warning in a really long time.
