Suggestion Title:
Update the link to the MOTD rule page.

How would it benefit the server:
At the moment the MOTD rule page comes up with this so new players can't read the rules. Stratiic made an updated version of the rules here which hasn't been put into the server yet.

It was probably just a mistake that slipped by but it's quite important to have the rules accessible at all times so sorry for being somewhat pushy about having them in again.
