Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my time as a Moderator, It was alot harder to deal with situations than when I was Administrator, The difference between the 2 ranks are quite alot to be fair. While I was a Moderator, I was mostly on the servers alone as it was pretty late and I always stay up late so I could do more stuff for you guys, The first week when I was moderator I did alot of f1's as I found then fun and amusing to deal with. My time as a Moderator, Was quite hard at first as I was really nervous to deal with situations incase I do it wrong or use a un-necessary punishment. But how ever, That wasn't the case as I felt like I'm new so they'll understand and I did a pretty good job. While I was Moderator, I dealt with a few tricky problems that I needed to get other staff to help me with weather it to ban someone or just help me in genreal. Then I got promoted to Administrator, That was the hardest part of the whole staff rank, As you're more reliable and you need to always be on your feet and never hand out a un-necessary punishment. During my time as an Administrator, I delt with every case there could possibly be from NLR (New Life Rule) to Prop Spam. I believe, I handled every situations to the best of my ability and I'm hoping to do it again if I get another chance to prove my abilities to become a Staff Member again.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
During my time as a Moderator, I was mostly on the server alone without any staff help as they where all a sleep, During that time I believe that the trollsters and rule breakers come on the server to just cause as much mischief as possible. One night, Someone came on and started prop spamming, So I had to stop what I was doing and deal with the player in appropriate manner, So I /goto <steamID> and saw him doing it. I asked him to stop at first, Then he was un-cooperative so I had to kick the player and gather as much proof as I possibly could to get the player banned when a Administrator came online.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello buddy!, First of all I'd like to give you a massive Cogratulations on getting accepted in to the SSRP Staff Team!, Now you're in I'm going to tell you a few commands and give you some tips to help you through the way to becoming the best Moderator to your ability!.

Today I will teach you a few of the commands you have and how do use them in the right situations. I hope you are comfy and you have a nice cup of coffee beside you. Now lets begin!

F1 - Opens up staff menu where you can go to players who has requested a member of staff. Once you see one, Right click on your mouse and you will see Request made by <Name here>, Handle this (To handle the call so you can go to him), Discard as spam/abuse (When someone has made a lot of f1's over a short period of time you can do that to get rid of them. Click Handle This and then you will see a new list of commands like Who requested the f1, Goto, Bring, Mark this as finished (When you have finished a call you do that and that gets rid of it for you),Abort this f1 (Use this if a Admin is already with him/in a other situation.

If you are ingame and you need to see if someone has recently been warned for the same reason that you have warned them proves that they haven't changed. If you are in a staff meeting and one of the Owners/Head Admins/Super Admins ask does he have any recent warnings they want you to press f6 and check his name to see if he has any.

A few commands you will need.

/goto <name>/SteamID - This will make you teleport to the player who requested a member of staff/You need to go to them.
/back <Name/SteamID> - Are you done with a f1/a person, Then use /back <name> to teleport them back to where they were.
/freeze <Name/SteamID> - Do you need to speak to someone but they keep running away or keep killing you?, Then use this command. Use is wisely as it could turn on you so use this if you really have to.
/slay <Name/SteamID> explode/rocket/silent - Does someone have a Big gun in the wrong class (I.E Mutant with a shotgun) and won't holster it when you ask them to, then slay them to do get rid of it.
/kick <Name/SteamID> (reason) - This command is the worst command you have, Only use this if you really need to. If a player is mass RDMING (Mass Random Deathmatching) While no staff are on then use the command then. Never use it if you don't really need to.
/warn <Name/SteamID> - Has someone broke a rule and you need to warn them, Then use this command and it will show up on the f6 menu.
/unwarn <Name/SteamID> - Have you warned someone by accident, Then use this command to take it away.

Tips
During your time as a Moderator, You will feel nervous as hell and worried about stuff. Just Stop., Sit back and relax, You're doing a good job. Remember to always ask for proof via situations, Then always use Steam ID's. You can get a players steam id via Tab> Click on Player> Then middle Left. If you use names, You could make a mistake like what most of the SSRP Staff Team has done, But don't worry!. You'll be able to handle situations alot faster through time, Just because other staff deal with situations alot faster than you, Doesn't mean you're bad. It means, You still need to learn and stand on your feet, If you are unsure about any situation, Then Ask in Admin chat and other staff will help you as best as they can!. Remember, It's Quality over Quantity. Don't rush f1's and then you'll be able to handle them as best as you can.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? First of all, I'd wait for an Administrator to message me about the case, Then I'd check out his appeal and talk about his appeal. I'd give the Administrator permission to Accept the ban appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Now, I know that it's been like a couple of weeks since I got demoted from my Staff Rank, I've thought and thought about my time as a Staff Member at Zarp Gaming, I admit I was wrong to do the things I did to Kylie as she was a Staff Member at the SSRP Staff Team, Then I followed someone who I was close to even though I didn't want to do it, So I've thought and thought and I'd like to become a staff member again, As I love helping people out who are in need of help. During my Time as an Admin, It was a rocky ride weather it be to resign or just play it through, Now I know what it really feels like when a player needs help and staff are busy dealing with other f1's, I'd like to give them a help in hand to help them become faster and being able to Roleplay more instead of dealing with my help all the time. During my time as a User, I've saw many rules breaks that I've reported to staff members, Sometimes they get punished and sometimes they don't as they've left. If I got accepted again, I could deal with problems right there as I see them. When I was Staff, I've dealt with many situations to the best of my ability and even trained some staff with Morgan & Blocked, I just love helping people out and I love Zarp Gaming in general, I believe that It's time for me to become staff again and try to help with every situation as I possibly could to the best of my knowledge. I know that sometimes I was a handful towards the Lead Team, Especially Morgan but Hopefully I can become a decent staff member again as I was before I got demoted for my actions. I accept that what I did was wrong as we're a team not individuals with a staff rank, But hopefully if I'm given this chance I can show everyone that I'll be respectful to everyone not just on the SSRP Servers.
