Around 15 Hours, will be more before Sunday, however I must say and I'm sure some of the players on the server can vouch for me, in the recent days I have had more minutes than it has suggested.

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

Okay, I would say to the person:

"Okay, BHopping isn't easy I must warn you, that is why we have what we call 'auto-hop' enabled by default here at ZARP Gaming, this allows you to learn the basics of BHopping before advancing onto the several levels of bhopping, such as using spacebar or scroll wheel as an alternative to auto-hopping, which isn't enabled in game modes such as DarkRP or even CS:GO where BHopping can be a crucial skill to obtain.

Firstly, you want to get to grips with the fact that you press the movement key (either A S D or W) that corresponds with the way you move your mouse, for example, by default, the Key: 'A' moves you to the left, so what you want to do, is move your mouse to the left as you hold 'A', this creates what is known as a 'strafe' and allows you to pick up more velocity/speed than you would just by walking/running.

To start your BHop, you want to hold 'W' to run forward, and then start to hold 'Spacebar', this will cause you to keep jumping forward without stopping. If you stop holding 'W' but still hold spacebar, you will notice that you are still hopping forwards, this is because of the rhythm and timing of the jumps that can only be canceled out if you come to a stop, either by a prop/obstacle, or even a miss-timed jump.

However, a key thing to remember in BHopping, is that you don't hold down 'W' to move forward after you have made the first jump, as the combination of the Key Pressing and the mouse movement creates the forward sensation for you, whilst gaining speed at the same time.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

Firstly, I would warn them that this against the server rules, and suggest that they read them before they get themselves into trouble. However if they continue doing the same after they have already recieved a verbal warning from me, I would Gag/Mute them depending on the use of communication (i.e Mute if Chat Spamming and Gag if Mic Spamming).
If they somehow continue, I would get a higher member of staff to ban the player.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

Since I don't have the required tools to deal with someone in a situation like this i.e Slay command, or Ban command, I would have no other choice but to tell them to stop, and if it continues, get a higher member of the staff team to deal with the player.

Why I should be chosen.

I think I should be chosen because I am an experienced BHopper so I could help somebody to BHop if that's the case, and I have been a Staff member previously in ZARP, I was once SSRP admin and TeamSpeak Staff, which shows I was once trusted with powers similar to what I am applying for.

I believe that I can be a good member of staff as I will not hesitate to use my powers on anybody if they are rule breaking, yet I can also be understanding of people breaking rules by accident.
