Your attitude in game seems generally fine as I see you communicating a bit, but I'm not sure if you have recent warnings or not, but earlier in the day you were kicked for an Inappropriate Spray, which is concerning, other than that you seem to follow the rules.

Activity isn't great, and you should aim for at least 15 hours total gametime on the server to show you're ready to be dedicated to the staff role.

My advice is to apply next week, but make sure to play actively until that moment as I don't think you're quite ready this week. Also, improve some of the sections in your application with the feedback I have provided.
