First of all if you are serious about getting a staff position you will want to improve your activity a lot. Usually you're meant to have about 15 hours game time before applying, but if you have lots and lots of activity during this week then I'm sure that it won't be a problem

From what I've seen frmo you in game today you are a friendly guy but you should try to help out other players a bit more.


When punishing somebody for being disrespectful it's usually a gag/mute for the whole map. This is not always the case though if the player has apologies and you feel like he means it and won't disrespect then you can shorten his punishment.
