Story - What happened? Basically, I was in a channel with lots of people on ZARP Ts at around 1:50am GMT on 11th January 2016, Evilstewie and some others said 'lets have a sing along' so I decided that I'd try to make them laugh by playing some songs at a quiet volume. However Jordan Johnston didn't tell me to stop, so I assumed everyone was happy, little did I know he had contacted Keith and woke him up at 2am to report me for playing music. Just before this occured, I had proof of Jordan calling me a 'ni**er' which is blatantly racist, when I told Keith what Jordan said to me word for word, he took that as me saying 'the N word' even though it was in the context of a report.

I accept that I broke the rules of playing music, but it wasn't to ruin other people's fun, as I thought I was contributing to making their time on the server even more fun. I am making this appeal because I dont think I should have gotten banned, it wasn't earrape or any unpleasant sounds being played down the mic, it was just remixes of popular songs. And for the 'saying the N word', as I've already said, it was in the context of a report, so I didn't think that quoting what somebody said to me would get me banned but not the person who originally aimed the insult at me.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I only have the video of Jordan calling me the N word, this is what I was referring to when I got banned for quoting him.

Extra information - Jordan hasn't admitted to the offence, which I think he is outrageous, seen as he is supposed to be this wonderful and helpful guy on the forums, yet from this video you hear that he is a cocky, racist and arrogant member of the community.

Please consider my unban as I believe that the TeamSpeak 3 Server is one of the main attractions towards ZARP, and it's ruining my experience not being able to speak to people other than the people in my gang and ts.
