Extremely detailed application, already trusted with staff, the whole layout looks serious and well planned. Can't say much for playing on the server, maybe we play at different times or he's just not as active, but as he said on the application, he promises more time to spend on the server. Last positive I can think of is that he has spent tons of detail on this application, his profile, and applied for staff in other servers which shows obvious dedication to the ZARP community.

With positives theres always negatives. The only thing I can come up with is activity towards TTT. He hasn't been playing much, at least from my experience, but it shouldn't be that much of a problem, it can always improve.

However speaking about improvement, he is staff on other servers which means he will have to operate them as well, directly damaging his activity towards ttt.

Overall, however I think if you manage your time and improve it, you'll turn out great.
