As Planki said, you should warn a player for disrespect after the verbal warning (like you mentioned) and in conjunction with the gag/mute commands.

You're not a very active player but I'm pretty sure that could be fixed, no biggie.

As for your attitude in-game, it's nice. You're a calm and funny player that just enjoys playing. Don't see any problems with it.

You're trusted with powers, no doubt in that, so I think that if you were to improve activity you could be a very good addition to the staff team!
