your overall activity for this week is pretty low, I would like to see this improve.
I would first ask the person to stop. If the person continues I would give them a brief mute and tell the player if they continue I will be forced to warn them. If they proceed, a longer mute will be issued and a warning will also be issued.
I don't know how long you mean by a "brief mute" but usually if someone has been disrespectful then you will gag/mute them for the whole map and then they will become ungagged/unmuted after the next map starts.
When you mute/gag somebody you should warn them aswell, this is because if you need to gag/mute somebody then they must of already broken a lot of rules (if your giving them a verbal warning). They have already had their chance to stop and change their attitude and decided not to take it.
a longer mute will be issued and a warning will also be issued.
As i said before, when you gag/mute somebody its for a whole map then they're automaticly unmuted/gagged.
I know from experience that you can do your job as a staff member and would be a great part of the staff team, but I would like to see you make these changes and get a bit more game time before you get my vote.
Good luck in the meeting!
