Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I have been moderator for about one month now and i have now gained trust with members of the community when i first became moderator i did ask other staff for advice for the few first days but as time when on i became more sure about what i was doing i feel i am now ready to move on and have more responsibility and i fell becoming a admin will open you more paths and i will be able to help other members of the community in ways i couldn't before say if their was prop block i would not need to request a admin witch takes up their time and mine and also not ask for admins to ban people for me especially when their are non on.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

as moderator you always have to work around obstetrical's weather it be people or problems one of the most difficult obstetrical's i had to work around was when i was the only staff on server 2 and their was a mass amount of rule breaking prop spam and mass rda / rdm and by the time i did one f1 their was another one before i could even start the other one and the only thing i could do was warn/kick them after some time their still wasent any admins on so i had to go on team speak and request some admins to come on to server 2 after that the rule breaking stopped.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

first of all i would like to thank you for taking the time and effort to make this un ban appeal prop spamming is a very serious thing to do it can lag the server and even crash it i see that you took the time and effort i feel that giving you another chance i will un ban you but when you join back take a long look at the rules by doing /rules. have a nice day

if you are seen doing this again the ban will be permanently

+accepted
Lock please

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

i have been mod for about a month now i have gained alot of trust over this short amount of time i try to help the people of zarp to the best of my ability and do f1's as good as i can, i can not always help the way i would like to do this as being a mod limits what i can do to assist people in their experience on zarp i fell that becoming a admin would benefit the server as i play most of the time when to may staff are on line and when people want their doors sold or their are mass dimmers or rdaers are on i can only kick / warn them and hope that a admin comes on to ban them.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this

much love luke <3
