Reason - RDM & Raiding as hitman when there's no one with a hit inside.

Story - I was arrested, when I went into jail this guy constantly RDM'ed me, every cell I went into he would shoot me. As you can see from my screenshots I didn't have a hit on me and I was arrested so there's no valid reason for him to be killing me. I would have done an F1 but there was no staff online at all.
