Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
It was quite a long time ago since i was a moderator but i know all the commands as a moderator and as an admin. I was an admin on the Darkrp for just about 5 months. I have made very few mistakes and i have experience from Zarp before. I know the commands very well and i know how to handle situations.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Some of the things you are expected to do.
Being a mod takes a lot of self responsibility. You're expected to go out of your own gaming time and help other players. You have to prepare yourself for any kind player it could be a calm person or it could be a person screaming at you down the mic. You have to learn the rules so you don't accidentally make silly mistakes. People will look upon you as someone that will help them and expect you to know what you are doing.
Now i will be explaing some commands and different menus that you will be using:
Admin chat
If you ever need help from another staff member or you want to ask about a situiation you can type /// or @ and write your message. The admin chat is hidden from players without a rank on the server so it is an easy way to talk to other staff members without any interruption. Keep in mind that this chat should not be used for RP purposes.
Teleporting
If you want to teleport do either /teleport or go into the tab menu find your name and teleport yourself forward. You can also bind a button for example bind "mouse4" "say /teleport" so every time you press mouse 4 you get teleported. If you want to bring someone to you or go to them you press tab menu, find the person and if you click the button Goto it will teleport you to them if you click the button Bring it will bring them to you and if you click the button teleport it will teleport them too where you are aiming. Another way of teleporting is typing /goto and /bring, they do the same things but if you have 2 people on the server with the name chris you will teleport them both so you have to make sure you are teleporting too the right person and how you do that is you look to the right of your chat bar and it will highlight the name that your teleporting to.
Freezing
Do /freeze and the person will be frozen and /unfreeze will undo this process. You can freeze and unfreeze in the tab menu to. This command can be useful when dealing with people that keep running away while in your f1. It can also be helpful if someone is mass rdming/proppushing it will stop them from doing it.
Warning
Too warn somebody you go into the tabmenu go to the person you want to click and click on their steamid so it copies it then you go into chat and type /warn "steamid" "reason" to reverse this you do /unwarn "steamid".
Kicking
Too kick somebody you can type /kick "player name or player steamid" or you can simply use the tabmenu by clicking the persons name and click the kick button. This command is not used very often but in a few situations it can be very useful. For example someone has propblocked the whole spawn area then you can teleport to them and if they wont remove it you can kick them and the props will dissapear.
Slay
The slay command is used by typing /slay "playername/steamid" or by simply using the tabmenu. Slay is not used alot but for example if someone breaks NLR and they are a new player you can slay them so they get another 3 minutes of NLR instead of giving them a warning. So basicly you are using it as a mild warning.
F1 menu
This menu is made for mods and above to handle player reports. By clicking f1 you will open a menu were all the players reports end up. You will see how long ago the f1 was made(the longer the f1 is up the higher it will come on the priority), the reason for the f1, the player of the person. There will also be logs where you can if players have been killed, arrested and more. The time of the deaths/arrests etc will be in different colors and also the time of the incident.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello thank you for submitting this unban appeal. From what i see i banned you permenantly propspam. Since this is your first time on the server i will change the ban from permanent to 2 weeks. If you then go on the server and propspam again you will be banned permenantly and you will not get unbanned again.
Why I should get accepted
I take a lot of time on my applications and i am social with very many different members of the community. I like to talk alot and make new friends. I have been staff on Darkrp, Deathrun, Teamspeak, Rust, Minecraft and TTT. I was an administrator on darkrp for 5-6 months so i know all of the commands and i know how to handle situations. In my course in school we get to learn how different people work and how to understand people so i can use this to my advantage. My passion in life is to be able to help other people thats why i am going to study to be a psychologist when i am done with school.
Any critique on my application is allowed
