So after doing extensive research on what you have been like since your new account I haven't seen anything to terrible so when an admin contacts me to handle this appeal I will let him unban you. This does not mean you get away free of any punishment you will not be allowed your rank back and will have to reapply. Your other account will stay banned and if I find out or even think it's unbanned I will perm both accounts again with no appeal.
