Here i am again, since i recently got denied for (Recent warnings) i decided i should not give up and keep trying untill i become a moderator. I am not going to give up easily so here we go. In this application i will try to explain much better and put even more work into the application. I am trying my best.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (aka RDM) is one of the most known rule. Killing someone for no valid RP reason. For example : You are walking up to the car dealership while an angry guard comes up to you and starts shooting you for no reason. That would be RDM and the guard will be warned (Through chat) for his action. If repeated the guard will be punished.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule runs through districts, meaning that when ever a player in DarkRP is killed you must wait a amount of time before returning to the same district. When you respawn you forget about your last life. Zarp has a 3 minute NLR.
Example : Godfather breaks into Gundealers business, he kills gundealer and in rage the gundealer comes back to the district of death within the 3 minutes to kill the Godfather. In this case the gundealer has broken NLR and will be warned for breaking that rule.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta Gaming is one rule which every new player won't even realise exists. Since you are playing RP (Roleplay) you need to talk like your in game character. If you are not behaving/talking like your in game character you are breaking the "Metagaming rule". You will be warned through a PM or OOC but if the behaviour continues you will be punished. For example : Jake raids Brian and writes in the OOC "Nice raid m8, thx for the loot. Jake has broken the "Metagaming rule" and will be warned through PM or OOC.".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all i would take both player X and Y on a roof so that no-one could interupt our conversation. Later on i would check the console. In the console i would be able to check who killed who. If the logs say that player y has killed player x we continue with the conversation. We ask player x what happened, later on we ask player y what happened and for proof if possible. Check the proof and later on check if what they are saying is true and then punish player y for RDM, or else close the case without any warns.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First of all i would take both player X and Y on a roof so that no-one could interupt our conversation. Then i would ask for proof if possible. Check the location and time of death. If the locations are close (in the same district) and the both deaths are within 3 minutes then player y broke NLR. Player y will be punished for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
He is talking out of character (OOC) which would be metagaming. I would warn him/her in OOC or PM to advert that specific message. If he continues to ask for help in OOC i would punish him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all. I am a hard worker, i do not easily give up. You could see this because i made another application. And even if i would be denied again. I will not give up. I would make a new thread every week for months or even a year. Every single day i see rule breakers, admins/mods struggling with their F1's and people being annoyed by rule breakers. Well, i want to help those admins and moderators by being an active moderator and anwsering those F1's in no-time. Especialy in the morning most of the staff members are sleeping leading to no admins online. Newbies join the servers and start prop blocking the spawn doors, RDM'ing, OOC Spamming, Prop spamming, CDM'ing and breaking all the rules that you can imagine.
