Reason - Propsurf to get to areas and glitching out the map (Thats why he cant be shot but he can shoot back)
Story - I was walking around spawn and the server started lagging alot and after checking the sky there was a prop with someone standing on it and a saphire printer (which probably caused the lag) And he started shooting me. and i couldent kill him because he was in the skybox. He relocated after that and thats where it ends.
