Younger brother or not it doesn't matter, we cannot know whom is using your account. If your account broke rules your account gets banned. I'll talk to Holly about this when he comes online but until then you're staying banned. I found your steamID(STEAM_0:1:106373067) and noticed that you have a lot of warnings were these all your brother or were they done by you? I would also recommend adding the SteamID to your appeal. Until then regardless of it being you or your brother you should read the rules to make sure you know them.
