How would it benefit the server: To properly build again

Potential Issues/Exploits: Prop minges?

Additional notes: You cant let a prop drop on another anymore or use it as a ruler/straightener, since it'll no-colldie them, like video shows, I got told by Luan it is a new thing implemented, but it's annoying to me and pretty sure a lot of others.
