Story:
Smithy drove around his corner with his car, he hit me while doing so. He did not do much damage, but I still decided too shoot him for that. He then flew to me, asked me why I killed him and I explained that he damaged me, he told me that he did not mean to do so and warned me.

He did not seem to listen when he warned me, aswell do I believe, if someone hits me with the car and does damage to me, I have the right to kill him. Smithy warned me for doing so, so I would like my warning to be either removed or being told that this is not the case.
