What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is quite alike Metagame in SSRP, basically taking information only you or dead people have and giving it to alive players in any sort of way - Chat/Steam Chat/Voice Chat even Hints. Ghosting is not allowed,
Example:
Player 'A' Dies and is given the ability to spectate around the map, he spectates a Death pressing a certain set of buttons to activate a 50/50 Trap, later on he tell Player 'B' which is still alive which buttons the Death pressed. This is usually common in the Minecraft map where there are 2 Doors when one of them are chosen as a trap and the other the right passage.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player disrespects a Staff Member or a Player I will ask him to stop, if he asks why I will explain to him it might be offensive to other players but not to him and that our server does not allow such words. If he continues I will than warn him and Probably Gag/Mute him.

Why I should be chosen:
I'm a responsible mature and friendly teenager, I am a respected player in ZARP and am already trusted with the position of Admin in SSRP, My gameplay in Deathrun is quite alright and I only want to contribute to the server as much as I can.
During my game-time in the Deathrun servers I have encountered time where there are no staff members online and usually a lot of micspammers and chat spammers, If I would be accepted I could contribute my part as my timezone is different than some staff members.
I would like to note that I have checked the staff list and it seems like it is quite full, If there is no need for anymore staff members I will request to delete my application as I am only here to help and if no help is needed than I don't want to interfere, Thank you for reading my application, Keep in mind there is nothing to lose and a lot to get.
