You guys all know that only 1 of each printers get refunded so any time you put down multiple printers like that you risk losing them. This isn't something new or something we just put in place it's well known. If you want this changed makes a suggestion. You already know that the proof you provided also doesn't add up or isn't good enough we get multiple requests a day and we all require the same proof. How do we know you didn't have them or just lose them?
