"RDM" happens when player gets killed for no reason by innocent.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:

1. Player A gets shot by Player B and manages to escape. So he can call "kos Player B" because he may be traitor and needs to be killed.
2. Player A sees killing Player C by Player B with traitor weapon. So he can call "kos Player B" because he may be traitor and needs to be killed.
3. Player A sees that Player B is ignoring unidentified bodies or C4. He can call "kos Player B" but first he should ask why is he doing this. If does not give valid reason then of course "kos".

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:

1. Player A is AFK. Player B should ask staff member to move Player A to spectate.
2. Player A is following you for no reason. You should ask him to stop.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 75 words):
Well, I've been already moderator, admin many times in Minecraft (let just say "old times") on medium polish servers (80-300 players online). I want to gain a new experience, meet new people, help them solve problems that they have and above that all have a good fun. I'm friendly and nice person who likes fun, playing games, listening to good old music (aka nostalgia), helping, translating (games, services etc.) and of course gaining new experience. Of course I'm getting angry but it's very, very hard to do as I don't have at anything. For everything is solution, but just I need to think about it.
