Your application reaches the minimum required time to appy.
But you should try to improve this as it's only 16 hours.

Gosting is that player X (If he/she is a Death) say the way to player Y.

This is not an example of ghosting. If somebody is on the death team then they are allowed to say the way, or lie about it to try and trick the runners. Ghosting is when a dead runner is giving alive runners information that they do not know.
If somebody does ghost then you will want to gag/mute him depending on how they ghosted, then give them a warn. This will stop them from breaking the rules.

player X says to player Y "You're a stupid asshole!" then i wil warn,slay,gag and maybe mute him/her.

If somebody is disrespectful then you want to gag/mute and warn. Slaying a disrespectful player will accomplish very little and can give them more of a reason to disrespect. When dealing with a disrespectful player you should give the punishment first (gag/mute) then warn them.

Your activity is pretty low, if you want to be a staff team member then you should try to be active on the week of applying. However you have a long time to fix your activity and application.

I cant recall seeing you in game so I don't know what your attitude is like, I'll be keeping an eye on you over the next few weeks and decide my final verdict. For now:
